Truck4Cross is a digital service Company based in San Diego, California, United States.
The goal of our App is to facilitate importers locate and hire a Trucking Company that is convenient for their import needs and that have a truck, cargo van or van ready to transport the merchandise through the U.S-Mexican customs upon request.

- Verify pick-up and drop-off addresses.
- Select the Trucking Company of your preference.
- As soon as the Trucking Company accepts to fulfill the service, the information needed by the importer for the proper filling of the customs paperwork will be provided by the Trucking Company in the App.
- Make the payment.
- Monitor your service from the app.
¿How do we work?
In our app the importer can reach out to a diversity of transport companies that have an available unit to transport and willing to offer the service of immediate import or scheduled.
As an additional service free of charge TRUCK4CROSS offers the geolocation of the unity hired by the importer.

TRUCK4CROSS is an independent SALES agency based in the United States of America.
TRUCK4CROSS is independent and separated business entity from the Freight Companies that are advertised or hired through our App.
The importer is free to hire the freight company of its preference. Since the transporter executes the freight service directly, the same hired transporters are the ones that have the legal custody of the goods right after they’re picked up and until the cargo is delivered. Both addresses are supplied by the Importer.
The Freight Company and/or his driver have the responsibility of check, inspect, receive, deliver, and count the goods they will transport. We never see, count, check, or unload the goods in our facility
TRUCK4CROSS NEVER GETS IN PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH THE DRIVERS. TRUCKS NOR THE CARGO.
We are sales agents. Our service is just to help an importer to localize a Trucking Company. Our sales and engagement of service and geolocation service do not include personalized monitoring, transport, customs clearance assistance, customs paperwork reviews, customer paperwork files, loading/unloading, supervising or surveillance at any place in any side of the border. We never get in touch with any of the merchandise to be transported or that was transported. We do not offer and make any storage of any kind.
Truck4Cross doesn’t share any client or user information to third party or any other company. Our system doesn’t retain nor save any payment information that our clients use.
