Al aceptar las presentes políticas de privacidad acepta que ha tenido la ayuda de un traductor al idioma inglés o bien que entiende totalmente el idioma inglés y comprende el alcance de los términos aquí descritos.

En nuestras Apps se muestran comandos e instrucciones en idioma español únicamente como cortesía para facilitar su lectura, pero TRUCK4CROSS y/o DRIVE4CROSS NO se hacen responsables si el usuario no comprende el idioma inglés para entender las presentes políticas de privacidad.

The same time you accept the privacy policies you accept that you had been helped by a translator or that you understand in full the English language and that you understand in full the writing of the privacy policies

In our Apps, instructions are showed translated to Spanish only as a courtesy to facilitate its reading but TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS are not responsible if the user does NOT understand the privacy policies listed below.

PRIVACY POLICIES

TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS do not share to any person and/or entity, any data, nor any kind of information from our users, customers or Trucking Companies listed in our APPS or in our website.

TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS do NOT make and/or retain copies of any document of any kind from any freight service from any Freight Company listed in our App or from any customer that uses our App.

TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS do NOT make nor retain copies of any of the following documents used by the freight companies to fulfill the service: U.S. and/or Mexican customs paperwork, shipping and cargo information, delivery receipts, loads manifests, inspection paperwork, review paperwork, legal and/or non-legal advises of any kind, etc.

We only keep records to support the collections and payments as required by the US law.

TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS never get in touch with the drivers, we never load or unload any merchandise in our facilities, and we never get to see merchandise or meet with any driver before, during and/or after the specific freight service.

TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS do not retain or save or file any credit card information other than the ones required by applicable U.S. Federal laws and/or our U.S. Banking requirements.

TRUCK4CROSS and/or DRIVE4CROSS do not provide to any party any information of the freight location other that the one provided by the APP and that can be seen by the interested parties.
